I have to admit - while I am amazed at the level of flavor that can be obtained with the NEIPA - my interest is fading. It is just too much. Lately I have had the most fantastic variety - Saisons, Cream ales, Blondes, Kolsch - what have you. There is so much out there that is just refreshing...

Got place results, but score is more important to me. Would prefer 5th place and 43 points rather than 1st place and 34 points. As awesome as it is to place, I want to know how I did.

Fortunately, my beer was long in the bottle for aging as it was (American strong) I set aside two bottles just in case I got lucky. Seems that has happened. Will cellar at cool but not cold temps until time to send in for next step.
