    They are all in Berry form so i malt them myself, which I strangely enjoy. The wheat really malts well almost 90-100 percent, the Barly is so so when I can get it. I havent tried their oats yet.

    What if you cant get Barley or its in real short supply. Also isn't the Ukraine and Russia the big exporters. I have been hearing rumors of a shortage coming.

    I guess I thought it had something to do with enzymes and you had to have barley for conversion..... this is interesting because I like to experimenting and want to try an all oat an all wheat beers. Didn't the Egyptians make beer?

    When I boil Maple water- Sap, I boil sometimes hours to reduce it down, then at the end to a temp to 119 to ensure no water is left (cant get to that temp until all water is gone), then I jar it.
