A big thank you to all the craft brewers that put their product in cans.

It seems that there are many different situations where cans are easier, safer, or just more appropriate. I'm going to look for some of these suggestions next time I go fishing.

I enjoy Dale's Pale Ale but I'm not a big fan of Old Chub. Haven't had any of there other offerings.

I can take whatever I want on the boat, but cans are so much easier to deal with.

A big thank you to all the craft brewers that put their product in cans.

I just want to thank all the craft brewers that are canning their beer. We now have some really good choices to take on the fishing boat. I stopped by the local beer store to grab a six pack for the drift boat and found Trout Slayer, Fat Tire and Moose Drool in a can.:rockin:

What should we really call ourselves

Call me gyno, because we all deal with yeast infections.

Cooper's Prehopped Kit Did not follow directions, too hoppy?

Boiling should have cooked off some of the hop oils. I would expect a less hoppy beer from boiling the kit.

    Corn Sugar in Kits

1 and 1/2 cups seems like way to much for bottle conditioning. I always use 3/4 of a cup. Did your recipe call for any corn sugar in the boil?

Introducing a friend to brewing - Any tips?

Hey, I see your in Jackson, I'm just down the road in Star Valley. We might be the only homebrewer's on this side of the state. I taught one guy how to homebrew and he went to school and became a brewmaster. He now works for a brewery in Denver. Good Luck with your brew day.
