    Did my wine go bad?

The strong alcohol taste will mellow out some with time, the sourness is because it has fermented all the sugars in it, after you hit it with campden tablets and potassium sorbate you can back sweeten it then, for more info on back sweetening just check out some of the other threads on here...

    Red Wine looks Brown

Hi I noticed my red wine has taken on a brownish look to it, and smells a little funny. I know it has a lot of co2 in it and I need to rack it to a smaller carboy due to head space. Any help on making it red again would be grateful.

    General Concentrate Wine

I noticed you said Daquari concentrate. I thought you could only use 100% juice concentrates. If not then a huge light bulb just went off for me to use many different mixes.

    Apple wine

Do you have a larger primary bucket to rack back into then rack back to your 6 gal after it has been cleaned and sanitized? This isn't ideal in what I have read so far (I'm new to wine making also) but it looks to me like your in a fix.

    Food Grade vs Normal Grade

Hi I am new to wine making, but it seems to me that if you are cleaning a bucket and sanitizing it, wouldn't it be fine for a primary?
