First cook on the new flat top. Six pounds of thick-cut peppered bacon, three pounds at a time. Worked out great!

Got a new Camp Chef flat top griddle. Putting it together was a PITA (one hole was not properly aligned and it took a LOT to get it to work) but now we can season it tomorrow and give it a try! I'll see if I can remember to take a picture. After seasoning, first up - 6 pounds of peppered bacon!

Not sure why I can't remember to take food pictures any more! Yesterday for Easter we did two racks of lamb in the Traeger pellet smoker. Did some fresh asparagus in the air fryer, topped with garlic butter. Made coffee/chocolate chip ice cream for dessert. All delicious!

Inaugural run of the Traeger smoker at the new place - 2 racks of baby back ribs, 1 pork loin, 1 tri-tip, and 8 big chicken thighs. Completely forgot to take ANY pictures. Results were good though! Haven't used that smoker in well over a year. Worked like a champ.

Didn't take a picture but I did a corned beef point cut in the instant pot last eveing, and made fried cabbage and quartered turnips cooked in the resulting corned beef juice, then pan-fried. It all turned out great. That point cut was nice and tender and moist from the extra fat content.

Mmmmm Merry! I haven't had any lamb for a while - might be time to get some out of the freezer!

@faithie999 I do something similar except I use that silver insulation stuff that you can blanket a water heater with. I set the sous vide container on a piece of cut-to-fit bubble wrap and have another piece for the top, then drape a towel over the whole thing. That's the only way I'll cook...

Travis, that loaf is a work of art and I bet tastes as good as it looks! TG, I have both types of air fryer, the one like you got with the wire basket and the drawer-style Instant Vortex. Love them both. I cubed up my cooked carnitas and put them, not touching each other, in there for 13...

Merry, that is a thing of beauty, regardless of the slightly-overdone end result. I'm with you, more rare = more better but I bet it was delicious none-the-less! All these photos are making my mouth water. Nice work, everyone!
