Im pondering the thought of using whirlock tabs in my next brew. I've never used them before and wanted to know if they actually work, and if they will screw up any secondary or bottling? Any thoughts?
I want to add oak chips to my imperial Stout I'm going to brew. Should I add them to secondary? And what luck have you guys had? And what chips are you using?
So if I read this all right i ferment as normal but where everything is different from each website is how long you let it sit in secondary. What's your experience? I'm leaning towards the 4 months at 68_70 degrees before bottling for 4 weeks
So my wife and I just found out that we she is pregnant with our first child. I want to brew a beer for it but honestly don't know what I want... Anyone have any good ideas to help me?!

Question for all you guys! My father in law lives in North Dakota and I live in Washington State, my question is how do I ship it to him? And do I have to worry about the bottles getting shaken up? Creating a bottle bomb?
