    I assumed it wasn't working because I see no pressure on the 3-piece bubbler...even if was just barely working I would think that it would still hold pressure from the release of the c02. Im not sure tho? This is my first lager and I might just be overreacting Thanks a lot Mike

    No starter!?

    Hi all, I am about to brew and realized I forgot to do a starter!! I have some saison wlp565 yeast I washed from a batch almost two months ago. I have about a half pint of yeast, is that ok? Do I need to wait and make a starter?

    Sent that prematurely. Like he said above me, it will mostly add aroma. You just need like 3-5 days more for the hops to sit. It really helps with a good IPA/IIPA

    New Zealand does some good hops. My saison prior to the one I'm about to brew used pacific jade and motueka(new Zealand) it came out amazing
