Liquid Yeast instead of dry yeast

I'm no pro, but I follow the instructions on the White Labs bottle......leave it out while I boil wort and dump it in! My beer always turns out! Don't make it too complicated, its beer! If it doesn't bubble in a few days, go buy more.......

    Fresh pumpkin vs canned pumpkin

I only use primary...When would I add the canned pumpkin mix? How long do you let it sit? I'm making a Smashing Pumpkin Ale soon...

Forgot to add Irish Moss. I added it to primary

I don't use it either and all my brews turn out pretty clear.

    Yet another use for Starsan

Try it on your hemoroids. I hear you can use your bottle filler to reach the tricky spots.

Caps are great, but I use them to take beer from my keg and fill a 2L bottle for transport to a party or such. :ban:

Can StarSan Go Bad Over Time?

I talked with Five Star today by phone. They give their product a year, but the product can be used for two years if pH tests are done to ensure product quality. They don't suggest using after two years because the product can break down and lose strength. Causing longer soak times etc.

    Tasted newly kegged beer.....

I keg my beer and you apply C02 to the keg and let it sit until ready to drink.

    Tasted newly kegged beer.....

I used sugar, not malt....I will let it sit for a while. I will let you know how it turns out. I've started brewing partial kits now and stopped adding all the sugar in the wort. It would be nice to have something to drink....

    Brewing on a Boat?!?!?

Never tried it...but I bet it would be quite difficult to pull off as a new brewer or even for a seasoned brewmaster.

About to try and brew my 1st batch, but need some help.

Since it is your first brew, I would use a cherry extract concentrate. Your LHBS has it stocked. Keep it simple.

    Tasted newly kegged beer.....

Is it ok to leave at serving temp (cold conditioning)? Or do I need to put back at room temp? It is about 35-37 degrees now.

Can StarSan Go Bad Over Time?

    Tasted newly kegged beer.....

It was a little high. It was still cool out when I first started this batch and I had it in a spare bedroom instead of my basement, but it soon got warm out. I would say average temp was 75.
