Kegmenter Fermentation Keg - 7.6 gal

I was looking at the Kegmenter 7.6 and have a couple questions for people that own one. First I clean my current fermenter with a CIP ball, do these clean well upside down and sprayed? I am worried about the top not having enough doming. Second are these really new commercial Sanke kegs that...

    Polish Beer

If you can find an email for Ryan Gostomski at Zywiec brewing he could probably help. He’s from Winona, MM and is the head brewer there. Don’t know him personally but know have had a few brews with his family.

    Fermentasaurus cold crashing

If you pressurize the fermenter to 5 PSI and it holds pressure you can crash to 32 degrees without any issues.

    National Homebrew Competition 2019

How often do they mix up beers in these competitions? I have a result from Tampa that isn’t even close. The color is way off. I know it’s not a good beer but it doesn’t have any of the flavor descriptors they use. Doesn’t really matter just wanted feedback on my beer. Oh well. Rant off.

Does anyone have one of these and if you do how do you use it?

15 gallons yes their are multiple fittings and no bung hole. I think it’s supposed to be a mash tun as it comes with a false bottom and says for brewing beer or wine b

WLP838 Southern German Lager Yeast and bubble gum esters

I have been brewing Helles beers lately and the last 2 I brewed with 838 and both came out with significant bubble gum esters. I searched on line and found nothing about this yeast and bubble gum. The particulars: 6 gallon batch 11 pounds German Pils. 9 ounces of Munich about 9L 3 ounces of...

Legally shipping home brew through FEDEX

I always say yeast samples, but the last 3 times I have shipped beer I have been asked what I am shipping. Once I was asked if I was shipping beer, probably because I was shipping to Norther Brewer. If there was a way to become within FEDEX rules allowed to ship beer I would do it.

Has anyone done the paperwork to ship beer legally through FRDEX. If so what is involved?

    Cologne Malt in a Helles

Okay. One week later and that aroma/flavor has cleared to the point that it is barely noticeable. If I wasn’t looking for it I would no longer call it fecal. In fact it is now drinkable which is a ridiculous amount of improvement. Give it another week and try again.
