I made a 10 gallon batch of ed worts haus pale a week ago and split it (not evenly see picture) in 2 buckets. In one I put American ale 1056. The other English ale WLP002. What a huge difference.

Made a 10 gallon batch of edWort pale. Split between English ale 2 and American ale 2. Transferred my aprahop clone to secondary with fruit. Blew the airlock in 2 hours. Tomorrow for beer I clean a closet.

92 in the shade. Thank goodness for counterflow wort chiller with a 35 foot prechiller. I love this small easy going town outside of a huge town.

Use your racking cane tubing and slip it ( might have to put the tube end in boiling water to make it fit) over the inner part of your air lock. Then put the other end of the tube in a cup or jar of Sanitizer.

Aprahop clone in to secondary. Brewing 10 gallons that will be split between us ale and English ale.

Same here. I am all plastic after a glass break. I figure I can buy 4 buckets for the price of a carboy so I am not worried about scratches or bugs. I have a refrigerator that I use as a fermentation chamber in the outside shed so it is not like I see what is going on.

Tomorrow will be 10 gallon edwort pale ale. Split it 5 American ale 5 English ale 2.
