I am one of the lucky person that never taste/smell cedar from Sabro. I drank a lot of neipa with sabro in it and it's my favorite hop of 2020. Brewed a lot of neipa with sabro and it was one of the best. Only 1 time I had coconut flavor from Sabro rest of it is 100% tropical creamy.

I just bought a pound of it and it will be next after I try a 12oz of all galaxy 2017 just for fun. I'm bored of citra/mosaic and discovered 3*8oz of unopened galaxy 2017 crop that smell fresh and fruity but never had succes with it for flavor.

I never had good experience with Azzaca. Even fresh at large scale or for complimentary. I think this hop is overrated about the description so I gave up on this one.

I just did a citra/bru-1/galaxy Neipa and it was pretty good. It was 2020 crop from YVH. I guess I am lucky.

So I did this beer and it's kegged since 5 days. Peachy/mango/pineapple dominant trio on aroma and flavor. I can't taste the Bru-1 alone but certainly contribute to enhance the pineapple flavor. Great trio if your all in for 100% fruits. Fresh 2020 crop YCH bags certainly helped a lot. 6 Gal...

I also did a pilsner back in november with 3oz of Huell Melon (2017 harvest) + 1oz of saaz and also didn't get any melon from it and it was grassy. Not the best pilsner I made.

The only time I had hop burn was: -Using Galaxy too much -Early biotransformation -no cold crash at all I am now doing the first dry hop when the beer is at FG and the second DH 2 days after for a total contact time of 5 days in the fermenter. 0 hop burn since.
