Question 3: I have seen some diagrams requiring breakers when using a 50 amp Spa Panel, under which condtions is that a code requirement? I don't think its code requirement to have a 50 amp breaker on every spa , its based on the amps the spa requires. 50 amp is just a standard for 120/240v...
