I'm glad all these beers turned out for ya'll. I was excited about the deal and it being my first brew. Had to share the deal. I've been on F.H. Steinbart about putting on more specials. Their flavor profiles are dank and are a great beer!!

Thought I would share this home brew special, even if it's been bottled for 5 days. Maybe too soon for some bit got a little excited. I had the same OG. 1.048 = FG. 1.010. Nice and bitter. Not too hoppy. Very sweet at first. But overall a first brew success. I'm glad I wasn't sending pictures...

Nicely done!! I will post my first glass pour in 2 weeks.

I checked FG today at day nine and it was at 1.010. Looks like a bottling weekend!!!!

I correct myself. I looked at my sheet OG was 1.048

This recipe didn't call for dry hopping. It was a recipe that a brew shop put together from Oregon.

Its like an IPA, ferm temp was a little high because I'm in AZ. My OG was 1.034.

Hi guys, Its been a week in the fermentation process. Bubbling has stopped. Is it safe to take an FG reading at this time or wait a week?

Not quite a sale when you have to buy everything separate. Then it comes out to be a not a sale. Mine as well buy a better brand.

So I've got the bucket in a tub of water and a fan blowing on it. It seems to be cooled down. However this is day 3 of Ferm. Will I benefit any by doing this 3 days late or was I too late???

I'm in day 2 of ferm. If I fix this problem tomorrow, will I have been to late??

Hey guys, I currently have an IPA APA style beer fermenting. I live in Arizona were it hot but I keep my ac set at 79. My fermenting bucket currently reads 78-79. I don't have a way of cooling the bucket anymore then that. Its in a dark closet and has maintained steady temp. My question is...

Yep, It was a nice kit. I got mine and had to call for a tracking number.

Got mine yesterday. Plan to brew it up Sunday. Please post any updates with this kit if possible along the brew stage.

Wasn't sure but I talked to the guy in the store and he said it was all from local growers.
