    Just racked my wheat onto strawberries. This will be my first attempt at a fruit beer. I fermented the wheat at a higher temp for more banana flavor, so hopefully I end up with a strawberry-banana.

    Nothing special here tonight, but I did try a sip of my hb Irish Red recipe in the small fermenter. I could totally drink it uncarb'd. Its awesome! So far it looks like I can go full scale with it.

    Just got back from my local pizza den/ brewery with this. Its called Dirty Sally and it's an American brown ale. Pretty tasty!

    I'll help! There's still ice on the ground so I figured I'd bottle my LBAA Brown Ale while I was stuck in the house. The wife doesn't even argue when I take over the kitchen for a few hours :) Then I'm brewing a small 1 gallon batch of Mean Ass Irish Red!

    If your brew has met its specific gravity target but it's still bubbling slowly, would you bottle? On topic, I'm drinking flat beer :)

    I'm most likely going to use a wheat base, probably american and a clean yeast. I don't want too much yeast character unless I decide to make a banana bomb. Boy wouldn't that be an easy one!
