    Yeah, I actually didn't leave uni for this course. I left because the cost did not outweigh the benefit. When this course opened I had to actually go back and take highschool bio just to get accepted. Even though I had previously been to University and have been making beer for a while.

    I just racked my 5 gal Oktoberfest to secondary. Problem is it only filled it like 3 quarters full at best. They are both 5 gal containers. Where'd my beer go.
