There is always a small foam/head on top of my beer

I can get a good head at initial poor and it has just a fine layer on top for the entire beer. It also foams up the walls of the glass. I am in between moves and have been using a regular water glass, so I don't know if that would matter. Extract brewing and I am right at 3 weeks in the...

    contamination???

I appreciate the help, I'd never had thought about it if this didn't happen. However, I guess it was a matter of time. I guess I'm committed now. I do the secondary mainly for clarity. Non brewers get weirder out by sentiment. If you have another way, I'd like to hear.

I could bottle 12 before my wife returned to take the to the kitchen. Then, I turned into a capping machine. BOOM! BAM! SWISH! Both of us were impressed on...

    Nothing exciting

Just filled 92 bottles...just damn. I did do it outside sitting in a crazy creek while my wife was toting them in to the counter for me to come in and cap at the end of each batch. Two wands was amazing, but it was a lot that went into it too.

    Nothing exciting

Edit from my IPhone: they weren't technically marinating, they where sitting in canola oil and seasoning. And I just found how to edit from the phone. I'm done the for the night before I make a fourth post.
