After 17 days in secindary

I was told I may have moved it from the primary too soon, but either way the bubbles wont go away. Can I go ahead and bottle or wait it out?

Can you get a better picture? Those look like they are probably yeast rafts though and you can go ahead and rack and bottle.

gravity reading? bubbles mean nothing, airlock activity means nothing; steady hydro reading.... priceless!

Yep those appear to be yeast rafts or just left over co2 bubbles on top. Assuming a steady FG, you can bottle/keg.
