Had I not built this at work I too would have had to buy tools. Luckily, the only tool I know I'll be buying is a couple of hole saws... we have them at work but they're used for carbon steel and I don't want to use them for my stainless.

I'd bet it wouldn't be hard to make one to fold up. Were I to do one I think I'd hinge the legs to fold in and make a removable bottom shelf to sit in "pockets" on the legs, and lock in place with bolts or pins. The rigid shelf would make the thing pretty solid in use. You could keep the pumps...
