I brewed 25gals of beer for my wedding reception on saturday but totally forgot to keg them. So I need to carb them by 6pm tomorrow evening... What can I do? Using 5gal corney kegs, all lighter beers.

    Yeast starter idea

So I was thinking if I used http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0017VRCOI/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20 and then attached a small pump with a hepa filter then a foam stopper on the top, with a stirplate would have some crazy starters... Any thoughts?

    Cleaning kegs from non-trusted source

I got five kegs off craigs list, very cheap but they were very dirty. I cleaned with hot water and lysol to remove the crud on the outside, four of them were pretty clean in the inside, most had pop syrup still in there. One of them was nasty and had a rag inside, the walls also have some gunk...

    Taking hydro readings

I was just thinking of getting two readings to be sure it's done, I'm still not 100% sure if I'm going to put them in a secondary, prob just go strait to kegs and let them finish there. Two of the lids I have are super hard to get off, they've been in different times, not ready yet.

    Taking hydro readings

They do but the holes are quite small

    Taking hydro readings

Maybe stupid question or I'm just paranoid... I gave five batches in the basement right now, three are in buckets. I want to take hydro readings to see where they stand but I'm afraid to take the lids off... How do you guys do it? Here's my issues: I'm going to stir it up getting the lids off...
