I just brewed this past weekend using my three burner grill. I boiled two gallons of H2O and then three gallons of wort. While the grill got super hot, it took quite a while to heat up that much H20 and wort, even then it wasn't a rolling boil. Even with a larger grill there are barely enough...

I brewed this past Sunday and sweated my A$$ off. To make matters worse I used my BBQ to boil the wort; it must've been 130 degrees. Some cold beer made it bearable. SWMBO thought I was retarded (for this and many other reasons!) At least I now have 5 gallons fermenting in the basement.

Like Marubozo said, bubbles don't tell you anything (though it's cool to see.) The only way you can find out if fermentation is complete is to measure your starting and final gravities. When the you have three days of final gravities with no change the fermentation is done.

Without a wort chiller 30-45 minutes a really good time. I believe a wort chiller, assuming you have cold tap water, will chill a 5 gallon batch in 15-25 minutes. So far, all I use are frozen, ziplocked bags of ice (sanitized of course) and it works OK. Assuming you're good with your...

The honey is going in the primary. So it sounds like I won't have any bottle bombs (at least based on this.) Also, airlock out, blow off tube in. I assume the yeast and all the sugars are going to have one hell of a party. Thanks for the sanity check!
