What's the best way to mount the pid in a keezer? Does it have to be enclosed to prevent moisture?

I know the march 809 is rated at 7.5gpm, but does it actually pump 7.5 gpm?

I'm in for 3 and can mule a few bags if needed.

Finally hooked up the chugger pump, this Is my first pump so I don't have much to compare it to. First try I pumped straight up 4.5 feet and it averaged about 20sec a gallon. I then tried pumping 3feet straight up and it was about 19 seconds a gallon. Not a noticeable difference. It's 1/2 vinyl...

The 9 cu ft at lowes in white for $259 will fit a sanke

Lowes has a 9 cu ft for I think 259.00 and the inside depth is 16.5 inches should just be enough to hold a sanke. I have been lookin for the same.

Is that the same for a freezer, it can't go on it's side?

I have brewed a couple extract beers, and all are very good but very filling. I barely get through 5 and just cant drink anymore, which is a problem! I have done a ipa, pale ale, and hefe. Are all extract like that or is it something im doing? can i change something? Im thinking its the malt...
