    Errors in Palmer's How to Brew Book?

    I have a 2006 version of the book. Am I missing something, or are there lots of errors in the book? Right now I'm looking at Pg. 193 & 194, dealing with Typical Malt Yields. Figures referred on Page 194 are not listed on Page 193. I also assume that rather than "caramel 15" and "caramel 75"...

    Okay, that sounds a little better, but probably high.. I doubt I really achieved 90% efficiency with my set up. Oh well, I guess it'll probably still turn out okay.. I hope.. I'll have to check into a Hong Kong special I guess..
