    What are you drinking now?

I'm usually not a witbier type of guy, but I really liked this one. Had almost a pale ale malt taste to it, but with coriander and orange peel. Pretty tasty and def one you could kick a few back with. Moving on to HB bopils now.

    What are you drinking now?

An Avery White rascal. Amazingly clear for a witbier. How do they do that with a witbier without filtering....no wheat? Wth lol

    bottle from keg

Yea exactly my predicament. I have a couple cases of grolsch bottles and 2 kegs. And a couple 1L growlers. When I wanna bring my beer to a friends to watch a game or something. I rather not have to go buy a sixer when I have brew I like at home. I get my second beer out tomorrow so I'll rig it...

    bottle from keg

I don't plan on bottling something that will be in the growler for more than a couple hours so I don't think I will worry too much about oxidation. I tried doing the tubing with my faucet....wasn't pretty, which is why I wanna try a spring loaded bottling wand and low pressure on the keg.

    bottle from keg

I've got my 3rd batch in a keg now and was wondering the best way to get it into a growler to take away from home base. Can I just hook a beer out like to a bottle filler attachment and fill with that? I don't want to spend the 70+ on a beer gun...

    What are you drinking now?

I actually got this one today because I got one of the older design bottles just before Christmas time that I've got in the wine cooler aging with the 2011 Fuller's Vintage ale. Only could get one bottle of the Fullers so I figured I better let it age, anyone had that one before?

750 ml of the new bottle Three Philosophers Quad. Hadn't tried it before, the cherry was quite tasty.

    Galaxy hops

Wow thanks that was easy. I had never heard of Williams before. All of the main guys (AHS, Norther Brewer, Midwest, etc.) and my local were out.

    Galaxy hops

I just checked with AHS and they told me they will be out until 2014 growing season....where can I get these any time before that. My local place doesn't have them.

    Looking for some guidance, Belgian

That patersbier looks like exactly what im looking for, any recipes like that known? That kit seems pretty expensive with the 12.57 shipping and all. If anything, that is where i'm going to go because like i said, that kinda hits it on the head.

    Looking for some guidance, Belgian

I am looking to brew a Belgian for the first time. I am relatively new. Got a few batches under my belt (SNPA extract clone, a botched pilsner extract, an AG Turbodog Clone, and an AG IPA). I want to make a nice lighter belgian to keep in the keg pipeline. What are some good suggestions? I...

    What are you drinking now?

I picked up a sixer of those the other day. South Florida sucks for craft beer. But thank god CCB is close to us so we have an endless supply of jai Alai and maduro. Jai Alai is my favorite IPA right now. There's nothing like that little guava taste in there

    Suggestions for an IPA

Like I said before. She actually liked the bitterness of some of these hop bombs so long as it had good malt character to balance a little. I like then idea of honey malt though. Anyone made an IPA with it? It sounds that that would be a cool flavor profile.
