How do YOU try to reduce your water usage?

I catch the first 5 gallons from the chiller to clean the chiller and kettle and the rest tops off the pool or hot tub depending on the season.

    Keg questions -begginning keg

yes you can age in the keg with co2 on. I age with co2 at serving temp, but you could do it warm. co2 dissolves better in cold beer than warm. you can also force carb but i prefer 3 weeks at serving pressure. i think it gives better carbonation, but that is just my opinion.

Still making bad beer after 30+ batches.

I also use distilled water. 5 gallons to 1 oz. star san and keep it for about 6 months. I let it drain well and have not had off flavors, but i do let it drain. I do fear the foam!

    Flat Beer... Why??

Check your measurements, it should be 2/3 cup. If you used 2/3 tablespoon you did not use enough.
