Enjoying a nice HB tripel. Not surprising if you look at my signature: Belgian Amber, Tripel, Quad, Saison and Pale. A pretty good rut to be stuck in. @mac_1103 is of the same bent.

I heard from Yakima Chief, a respectable response. Short version.... I shouldn't worry about it. If they smell fine when I open them I'll use them.

I have a pound of Cascade from Yakima Chief. It's been in the freezer unopened since I got it. It's also blown up like a fresh yeast smack pack. Anyone ever see something like this?

My last gift from the 2022 Twelve Beers of Christmas. An excellent quad courtesy of @j1laskey. Following it up with a quad of my own.

Kicked a Marzen keg today. Fortunately I had another one chilled and ready to be carbonated.

Brewed an extract Saison based on one of Annie Johnson's recipes yesterday. Of course I couldn't leave well enough alone so I tossed in some Hennepin style spices. Bubbling away nicely.

I've been using 835X on these type of beers and enjoying them.

Not yet but tomorrow.

Pasta with sardines. Doesn't look like much but it's delicious.
