Those are not for carbonated beverages and you would blow the bottle up. Do not use these.

Alright what did I do wrong? I unboxed it, took it apart to sanitize it, and tried it out. I filled a few bottles without spilling a drop of beer. It can't be that easy. Lol. This thing is life changing so far!

Just purchase one of these from Great Fermentations. The other day I went to keg my english mild and was going to bottle a 6 pack for the NHC first and keg the rest. Filled my bottles and my plastic capper broke. Now I'll need to bottle my entries from the keg. It's going to be a few weeks...

Smoked a small corned beef brisket (pastrami) yesterday in my pit boss. Soaked in water overnight, rubbed with pepper and included spice pack. Smoked with apple and pecan pellets. Turned out awesome! Used some leftovers today for a quick breakfast.

Homebrew ipa. Hanging out in the brewery and cleaning my bottles for my NHC entry I need to bottle tomorrow.
