Hello, I'm going to be brewing a pale ale next. It is a 5.5 gallon batch my hops are .25 Columbus at 45min. .75 Columbus at 15min. 1oz Cascade at 10min. 1oz Centennial at 5min. 46.83 ibus Debating to add another ounce of something at flameout. Thoughts?
