What did you use to layout the panel? Also, are the Carlon boxes you and Bobby_M mentioned not online? I've searched all over the Lowes site, but can't seem to find anything bigger than a 4" box. I was going to poke around a b&m store this weekend, but it struck me as odd I couldn't find it.

How did you ruin the water filter?

That was actually my first thought, but I can only seem to find panel frames. I can't find any blank panels. I guess that's because they want you to use their OEM service, but that's $$$. Maybe they're out there and I'm just missing it?
