I stole the Kal style system. Used it to add 2 power boxes to my brew kettle. Each runs a 2000w 20 amp element from a separate 20 amp circuit. Got a little fancy with some spray paint too! I used Neutrik connectors for power input and a 20 amp toggle switch.

Oops...The Switch is not in parallel. Just switches the hot main power line to the element.

Looking for some ideas. I have a Kal type 2 gang electrical box housing my 2000w 120v element. If is fed by a 20amp gfci protected circuit. I don't want a control box but I want to have a switch to turn the element on/off. I plan to fix the switch to the gang box cover plate. Will a 20 amp...
