    Fizz drops vs priming sugar

Advantages? Disadvantages? I have used both but that was just today. I wasn't sure it one was better than the other or if it's just pure preference

    Used soda keg

So I just got my soda keg today and it leaks for the first 30 seconds when filling it with co2. Is this normal for all soda kegs? Or should I seek out a new top. Seal are all new btw

    Bottling from a keg

Ok so I understand Henry's law for gas exchange but I was wondering if bottling from a keg causes your bottled beer to be less carbonated or if your bottle before the beer is carbonated and use priming sugar. I'm only asking bc ill soon have a keg

    Pop tops or flip tops?

Sure it does. The seals in the flip tops may go bad more often then I think. No one like a flat beer after a month of waiting. Lol

    7.5 gallon pot

Plus you really don't want a boil over. They heat break can happen really fast lol

    Pop tops or flip tops?

So I'm fairly new to brewing. In fact I haven't even bottled my first batch (but I have 12 gallons fermenting). I was wondering what everyone's thoughts where on which are best to use. Thanks in advance.

    Sour/acidic taste help

It couldn't be a bacteria infection as you stated. Every time you open your bucket you expose your beer to the open air which has microbes floating around everywhere but I could be wrong as I am new to this but I believe bacteria is the usual culprit lol.

    Hello everyone

I have been brewing for about 10 days so far and I have about 12 gallons of beer in the carboys so far with 4 different beers, English brown ale, blone ale, Irish red, and a plislner. So far I looooove to brew and my wife hates it bc i spend a few hours drinking beer while making beer lol...
