About a month ago I opened a bottle that I brewed 10 years ago. It was even better than I remember when I first made it. Yeah just keep them in a cool dark place and they should be fine.
I've used one for now for over 20 years. I've never had a problem so I'm not inclined to stop. I just use a magnet to pull the stir bar up the side of the flask and out the top before I pour the flask into anything. The yeast always takes off like crazy.
I like drinking good beer. So being able to make whatever I want to drink is why I started doing it. I immediately loved the process. I like to be as natural as I can (back when I started pellet hops were new) I really wish leaf hops were more available, but I've learned to deal with pellet...
Just jumped back in after a 4 year absence.

I did make an image a few years ago with 3ds Max and photoshop. This isn't AI and if it's too **** let me know and I'll take it down.
It seems it was I'm guessing?
That's interesting. It's cool. Kinda looks like an old movie poster. I was using MagicShot. Now I'm interested to see what some other programs make it look like.
