    So I guess things must have been delayed, but I received an email the other day from union labs and they are sending me a a few samples of their American Ale yeast. He said they're selling it in Sioux Falls, SD in a few places for $4. He told me it shouldn't have a problem handling up to 10%...

    What I did for beer today

    Bottled my honey-basil double pale and tried to brew the nb rebel rye again, but the wyeast pack was bunk...AGAIN! 1028 London Ale, my second bad pack...so I said screw it and tossed in a pack of US-05. We'll see how it turns out

    What does your HBT name mean?

    My last name is long and hard to pronounce. One day a couple friends started calling me drives-a-bike (it rhymes with my last name) and it stuck.
