    The og was 1.060 I didn't notice that it was a reading side for table wine. Its still fermenting today bubbling incredibly fast but still smells good.

    So I made the pale ale kit added the honey it made a beautiful color the according to my hydrometer my abv was 15% I forget the og off the top of my head. Is this because of the sugar from the honey?

    Infected or paranoid?

    First let me say I did sanatize every inch of everything used in the brew. So this is brew ferms diablo kit I had brewed it last week opened it up to start bottleing like the instructions say to find the attached photo I have only made a stout before. Has my bet been infected or is that normal

    The mix was easy it was 2.5 gal hot 2.5 cold + the mix and malt. The weird part was it started fermenting in less then 6 hours. and hasn't stopped I'm now at 18hrs of bubbles in the Fermenter I was a bit worried I had killed the yeast I didn't see the temperature when I added the yeast and it...
