I like BeerSmith: perhaps I am just not sophisticated enough to comprehend it's deficiencies. It works for me and people seem to like my beer. I think I will keep using this "clunky" software that helps me make good beer.

Bleeder valves and mounted below kettles. No problems with my two Chuggers. I wouldn't brew without them.
