I am also brand new at this. Experimenting with water first. So I am choosing to hook up CO2 and turn psi to 20 or so and then shake keg. Leave connected with gas on for a few days and shake once or twice a day. Then I plan on turning down to 10psi for a few more days leaving it connected...
