    looking to brew my first imperial and my first brown ale(imperial brown ale) think my recipe is ready just not sure how long to let ferment, primary and secondary, O.G. should be 1.083 looking to dry hop the last 5 or so days. looking for any advice on secondary time, will be kegging.

    if i wanted to oak age a stout can i simply drop the oak cubes into the carboy at the end of secondary fermantation, or do i have to place the cubes in an empty carboy and rack the beer onto them?

    its a kit from midwest brewing, its awesome, i added the honey at 45 mins in the 60 min boil, last time it was a little sweet, but still great, and i use all the hops provided.
