    I finished wiring my panel, and checking all wires. The 5 amp fuse is blowing whenever I hit the power button. Any ideas what would cause this? The schematic I used is below. The old, incorrect schematic was removed to not cause confusion. The correct one is here.

    I am finishing my control panel. I am using this relay. I want to make sure if I have wired this correctly. Here is a picture of what I have done. The diagram I am using is at the bottom

    Yes thanks. I think the problem is when I made the koji it was to humid for too long. That probably produced too much mold. Also I might have fermented about 5F degrees too high.

    I used a kab 6 on my 3 tier stand. It started turning the wood dark so I rivetted two square pieces of alunimum flashing together and put it under the burner.
