Finally finished making 10 cases. The only changed I made form the original post was add cabinet card holders. This holds a card I print with the style of beer and date bottled. I attached the card holders to the front and one side. The top case is a gift of 5 different bottled beer.

I have always shipped them unmarked. One store asked if my shipment contained alcohol I just told them it was barley and hops. Since then I switched to another store that asks less questions. If part of the address has homebrew or beer I will abbreviate or leave it out.

Yes, you need to send in the same category and sub style. On the final round website you don't have an option to edit the category, just the recipe. My ribbon arrived Saturday. USPS must be really slow this month. A package from Amazon was suppose to arrive 2 weeks ago, but didn't until last...

You should get an email with a link to information for people advancing to the final round. It is different from the link for first round participants.

Was an email sent out? I placed in Milwaukee, but haven't received anything about the post-competition package being available yet.

Scored 42 in the first round for my bochet, then got a 22 for the final. Hoping to get the score sheets soon to see what happened. It was the same batch as the first round so have no idea what happened to score that low.

Thanks. The bottle of concentrate I have says the 32oz of concentrate is equal to 2000 cherries. It should be equivalent to 25 lbs of cherries (2000/80). 6.4oz of concentrate should be about 5 lbs of cherries (32oz/5).
