    Carbonation is fine. Your process sound like mine except I let mine soak overnight on oxyfree before the dishwasher. Maybe that steps the issue.

    Supposed to have been a black IPA. My son was born early and wrecked any sense of normalcy in my house. I forgot to dry hop until I was halfway done bottling. I'm throwing it into the ring at a local competition for giggles.

    Ironing out some efficiency issues. Brewing a simple brown ale Saturday and Sunday. Same grain and hop bills.
