Do you measure post boil and post fermentation PH? That can have a big effect on hop aroma flavor in particular. I like to adjust to 5.0 post boil. I don't think you've mentioned anything about your water, which is another potential culprit. What do you start with and what adjustments do you...

Not bad for an NA. I think the Athletic golden ale is a bit better, though.

Packaged my Citra Mosaic Eclipse hazy. I will mash a bit higher next time - it finished at 1.01. Tastes great though. Melon, citrus, and some great dank aroma. In the background you can see the mash going for a 1.035 bitter.

You can probably order 4lbs and pay the same amount in shipping, too.

There's a great sale at YVH now on previous year hops. The 2023 Citra a deal and, in my experience, much better than the 2024 crop.

WLP860 is a great yeast. It comes from the Augustiner brewery, I believe. It’s a little fruitier than 34/70 in my experience but perfect for a Helles. I’ve only ever used the liquid version, but with that I make a big starter and ferment at 10c/50f with a slow ramp to 15c/60f. Fermentation is...

YVH for me mostly, too. It’s worth checking the difference in price for the 2oz vs 16oz bags. Sometimes the difference is < $2.00 and then you don’t have to repackage the larger bag.

I, too, just put together a starter with some old yeast (WLP002 I had overbuilt in May of last year). It looks like I have some activity a few hours in. You have inspired me to check the SG before I use it, though. Not something I usually do with starters.
