    Hello all, I am currently in the fermentation stage of my very first batch of beer. It is a Weizen so I was told to keep the fermentation temp between 64-72 degrees. For the first 5 days, I had my fermenting bucket hooked up to an STC-1000 temp controller and a heat pack and kept it at 67-68...
