It’s a throwback that I love. I sort of miss beers that were unapologetic like this. Sort of an “I’m not for eveyone” vibe that has kind of disappeared.

There was a bit of chatter on this thread recently about how this beer might be too bitter. I can see where that comes from, but there’s also something so appropriate about it. This beer f*cks.

I know he says they step mash as well, but I see what you mean. I don’t see how they’re getting 91% attenuation with these strains. Maybe there’s something else he didn’t divulge. 🤷🏻‍♂️
