    and now what...

Yes, I have heard wheat has one of the shortest brew-to-belly times, I recently asked for and received advice on https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f39/quick-fermenting-beer-212234/

    and now what...

yep, it will be about a week before I get my 6 ga carboy, I'm going to brew a wheat beer so i can drink it soon because that first batch is a lager and will be months before I get to enjoy it. I think I will go read my fermenter stories and play classical music for it to enjoy.

Okay so I have my first batch fermenting right now, already hooked on the HB. I have sat in front of that fermenter for 3 days and smelled a 1000 bubbles, read a ton of threads, and picked out my fantasy brew equipment. Aside from getting another fermenter and starting a new batch(which...

    Quick Fermenting beer

My first batch(a lager) is fermenting right now, about to be bottled and lagered. I am a little bummed that it will be at least 2 months before I get to taste my creation at its potential. I am anxious to start a new batch just as soon as the primary fermenter is empty. So my question is...

Lager Fermenting, When to move to low temp?

Brewing my first Lager, it just started fermenting(1 bubble/5 sec.), right now it is at about 65 F. I am going to move the fermenter to the guest house(not in use, Thermostat regulating at 50 F). Is it too soon, or should I move it now?

Just set to ferment, didn't aerate... ??

I just snapped the lid on my first batch about an hour ago, and I just realized I forgot to aerate. If I take the lid off and stir it around now, would there be any problems, would it work? Should I not worry about it? Thanks for any quick advice I can get.
