Starting my brewing control box. I decided to put everything into a rolling box. Plan to run the rims tube and pumps from the switches on the front of the upper box. I am able to remove the top box to run a fan for temp control on my ceramic grill. Fan is going to take some thinking...

Any thoughts on using a 12 volt fan run from a wall wort, with this type of build? I would like to run my smoker with my rims controller but i have 110 output and have a 12 volt fan.

Harbor Freight has a 25 foot 12 awg cord on sale for less than $15. You can't buy the cable and ends for that much.

I know it's not stainless but it's mine. 1 1/2 copper with a 240V/5500 element using 120V Most of the fittings were out of a box under my bench. Low Budget. Still working on the control box. It will be a PID with SSR.
