Just one of my other projects. Sooner or later it is all going to come together. Brew stand is currently a nice welded metal box frame. Burners, shields, casters and valves are all thrown in box. :) https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f51/copper-rims-tube-411106/

Anyone dual-purposing a PID for RIMS and a BBQ blower fan?

Any thoughts on using a 12 volt fan run from a wall wort, with this type of build? I would like to run my smoker with my rims controller but i have 110 output and have a 12 volt fan.

    Copper Rims Tube

I know it's not stainless but it's mine. 1 1/2 copper with a 240V/5500 element using 120V Most of the fittings were out of a box under my bench. Low Budget. Still working on the control box. It will be a PID with SSR.
