So spray they inside of the lid with starsan? What if I used a brand new sanitized turkey baster and went in for only a couple of seconds? would I still need to spray the lid

My batch has been in primary for 3 days now and I was wondering if I just open it up and put the hydrometer in the fermented or if their is a special way to do it?

I am brewing a 5 gal English Bitter by Coopers homebrew as my first batch. My OG was 1.032. I looked all over the instructions and no original gravity is given to make sure I'm on track. Does anyone know if this is a reasonable OG?

and how often should I stir? Is their repercussions to overly stirring?

After my water started to boil I added in the pre malt extract which I had been heating up for about 20 min while the water was boiling. But as soon as I put it all in my wort wont boil. Should I put the lid on even though i know it's not recommended?

today I'm going to start my first brew. I have brewers best brewing kit and a 20qt stainless steel pot. I will be using ozarka bottled water and have sanitized everything properly. Is their anything in particular that I should have on hand that I haven't listed?

I just bought a Brewers Best Homebrew Equipment Kit and it comes with everything but a boiling pot and bottles. I have heard you should buy one at least twice the size of the batch you are wanting to brew? I'm also on a budget so any cheap recommendations would be gladly appreciated
