So I have this: Cooper's Dark Ale Hopped Kit - Premium Hopped Liquid - Malt Extract - Brewing Ingredients Cooper's Dark Ale Hopped Kit. Do I need to buy additional Extract or is that everything I need for a 5 gallon fermentation? I believe it comes with yeast already. Anyone know? Thanks!

When you transfer the wort to the fermenter, do you add tap water to get to the correct level and to cool it more?

Can anyone direct me to a list of BEST instructions for brewing w/ Mr Beer? (got one for an xmas present so I wanna brew w/ it and my 5 gallon!) I realize there must be a list on this thread, but it's huge and I'm at work, so maybe someone could tell me what PAGE it's on a least. Thanks!
