    Citrus-y IPA... hop pairing!

You may want to look into Falconer's Flight hops. It's touted as having tropical, citrus, lemon, and grapefruit flavors. http://beerpulse.com/2011/03/hopunion-releases-falconers-flight-hop-to-honor-glen-hay-falconer/ I've only used it once, but haven't tasted it yet as it's still in secondary...

    Tats!

Thanks, man. It's by far my favorite piece. It was an anniversary present from the SWMBO. I got her a big piece the year before, so it appears she took the hint that I may want something similar.

    What are you drinking now?

Currently sipping on my own Erik the Red IPA. I'd post a picture, but then I'd have to stop drinking it. One handed posting, FTW!

    Citrus-y IPA... hop pairing!

    new setup

Both of your solutions are solid. You can even push the Starsan water through your beer lines to clean them. One thing I would add, is to spray some starsan water around all of your connections, as well as your keg lid. If you get bubbles, you've to a leak.

    Project: Keezer

    Hilarious craigslist ad

Had to share this, but didn't know where to post it. This guy is trying to sell untaxed wine on Craigslist, and he thinks his Carboys are worth half of the $300 asking price. Click on the link to see his crappy picture. This made my evening. My question is, wouldn't the wine oxidize after such...

    Fermentation temperature control

You could try the Rubbermaid tub full of water with an aquarium heater trick. Or, look into building a fermentation chamber.
