Im having horrible luck with Anvil / Blichman quality and service. Anvil Foundry Dents replaced with worse dents....

I love the system. But have bad luck with quality so far, x 2. The first Anvil Foundry I received had severa l dents, three nice ones on the grain pipe, and another one going all the way thru the double wall. Ok, so thinks happen. Contact them and they agree, not good, and said they woudl...

Known quality mini fridges that get to that 32-40 degree range?

Intrigued. Wiring the two thermostat wires makes it get colder, removes the cold limit?

Known quality mini fridges that get to that 32-40 degree range?

Was looking for one on the black friday sales. But many of the average 4.4 cu ones (Magic Chef, Danby, etc) have some reviews where people say they couldnt get it lower than 40. Suspect the average home user might not notice but homebrewers would ;^) No deals anyway on Black Friday. And...

Moving to Kegging, soliciting for advice on low profile refrigerator.

A lot of the cheaper ones seem to have issues getting below 40 degrees. Any know brands brewers rate well that hit 32 degrees?

Heads up: SS Brewtech Brew Bucket fermenter thermometers

YEs it works. But second is notably smaller and has no on/off switch. Yeah, I could pull the rubber off, remove batteries, find somewhere to stash the batteries, hope I dont lose them..... dont give me a chore to do. I need less tasks when brewing, not more. OR at least dont tease me with a...

Heads up: SS Brewtech Brew Bucket fermenter thermometers

I think SS Brewtech took a lot of feedback and made a new one with on/off switch. And its notable larger. When you buy something coll, I guess I expect it to be the same if I buy a second from the same store one week alter.

Heads up: SS Brewtech Brew Bucket fermenter thermometers

If considering an SS Brewtech fermenter kettle with LCD thermometer keep this in mind. I ordered a SS Brewtech Brew Bucket 7 gallon brewmaster edition (ie comes with thermowell and thermoemter) from MoreBeer. 7 gal | Brew Bucket Brewmaster Edition Really liked it, esp the...

Oops - Cooled but rewarmed - good, bad, neutral?

So I took a chance. Was brewing a NE-style IPA that required a hop stand at 160 degrees. Family is a little wild today, some kids fighting, going back and forth to garage - you know the deal (or some of you do). Started cooling via CF chiller and at about 110 degrees I remember I forgot the...
