    Infected Bottles

If you suspect the bottles to be the problem then after good cleaning where all visible left-over must have gone (else no use) put then in oven prior to bottling at 120´C for 20min, let them cool down slowly, and take them from oven just before you fill them with beer! This way even you did not...

    metallic taste

Hi there, did my last 15 brews though Fermentaours, and reused the yeast......I also store in jars, (and further a plastic bag with some alcohol too further limited bacteria growth on the outside part etc.), and I make a 24-hours vitaility starter as I no-chill. Hence, I also just as MrHopScotch...

BrewPi@ESP8266, no need of RPI and Arduino.

Regarding temperature, Then I have run a few test as I got both Ispindel, the SCT1000 probe and some Weber temperaturmonitors, and I have not yet seen the Ispindel been more than ½-1 degree away from either the 2 other! Hence, I would say in the wort and with a rather good/nearly submerged...

Hi Pocketmon, thanks for the Work going on here! I have one question though as I am a bit confused (in general), can I put your software on one of Wemos D1 mini I got left from the Ipsidel project and then use BrewPi-less as the monotor data logger from Ispiendel and in that way stop using...

Hi there, just a picture of the second rund with my alternative Yeast-tube based Ispindel! I have made 3 gravity measument! OG= 1053, where Ispindel said 1056! Mid term Gravity = 1015-16, where Ispindel said 1014. Lastly, Gravity at 1012-1013, where Ispindel said 1013,5. So taking the error on...

    iSpindle - DIY Electronic Hydrometer

To both you, that PCB looks super! Would be perfect in a bit larger and longer version where gryo then is placed just as mine in the cap-head of a yeast tube! Gonna look at Kicad and see if I can make one version just a bit larger and hold 4 copper lines for placing the gyro downwards! Any...
