    Improving a high gravity recipe

You have no desire to increase the IBUs to counter act the sweetness? That's a pretty high OG.

    Beer gun - pressure question

As posted above. You'll also find that if you put your bottles in the freezer and get them cold, you'll get less foaming.

    Fermwrap ability in winter

The fermwraps get warm, but I would think leaving in an unisulated shed with ambient temps in the 20s may be asking a lot. But, I have no real time experience.

I add hot water to my hulls before putting in the mash. Rather them suck up water than wort.

This, never had an issue....I mean someone I know has never had an issue. I mean I heard that.

    Storing sealed keg

Better than storing dirty! LOL. Seriously, its the normal. If you want leave a little Star-San in the keg. Than when your ready to use, you can just shake and dump.

    Changing color and flavor

In my experience, the beer most likely got exposed to oxygen during your transfer to bottle or keg. Once I got my post fermentation procedures under control, my beer kept the neon color and wonderful non-bitter taste in the keg. This is what separates the great commercial NEIPAs from the...
